This workshop series is designed for leadership members of all levels, HR representatives, DEIB personnel, and employee networking group members. This engaging series will explore strategies to foster equal opportunities and compliance in the workplace and beyond. We will explore topics like quota, affirmative action, mentorship, and sponsorship and how these can be effectively implemented to promote equality. Our guiding principle: Equality is about treating everyone based on their needs.
